Cambridge Ontario New Story on Milfoil Weevils in Puslinch Lake

Puslinch Lake was becoming unusable for recreation due to a severe infestation of the aquatic weed Eurasian watermilfoil. Over a period of three years, the residents of Puslinch Lake brought this aquatic invader under control using milfoil weevils and MiddFoil. Providing long-term, environmentally sound and sustainable control, milfoil weevils freed the community from the expense and potential environmental risks of annual herbicide treatment. This news clip includes interviews with several local residents.
